Add your rice to your ‘sapa’ stir fry and fry. Mix well.

Add salt to taste.

Add plenty water. (This will make the rice plenty).
N.B Taste your rice to know if it is tasty

Drop your egg or fish inside the mix to cook. (You can’t afford to waste gas or kerosene).
Once you confirm that the rice is done, turn off the heat, leave to stand for 5 minutes. Then stir and it is ready to be served!
