Peppered Spaghetti Recipe

Instead of going through that boring style of cooking your spaghetti, Try out the Peppered Spaghetti Recipe provided below:

Ingredients

1 medium size Onion

Seasonings (Maggi, salt, Curry and thyme)

Vegetable Oil

Crayfish/Dried fish

Chopped meat (beef or chicken)

Grated Pepper (scotch bonnet and Tomatoes)

Procedures for Preparation

-Boil your water for about 5mins  (a reasonable quantity that would prepare your pasta till it is done)

– Add a tablespoon of Veg.Oil into the boiling water and add your spaghetti.

-Pour 1 spoon of salt or at most 2 spoons to taste

-Cook your spaghetti for about 7-10mins

(While you are waiting for the spaghetti to be done )

-Wash and carefully slice your onions

-Then, Thoroughly wash & remove the bones of your dried fish and also break/squeeze them into small bits

– Sieve out your spaghetti in order to get rid of excess water and starch

– Place an empty pot on your gas cooker and pre-heat for a minute

– Then, Add 2 Cooking spoons of Veg.Oil

– Pre-heat the oil until it is reasonably hot

– Then, pour out your beautifully sliced onion rings.

– Stir fry for a while and then add your curry and thyme to give it a nice aroma and color

– Pour in the grated pepper and stir-fry it for a little while

– Add your salt and maggi as desired – a spoon of salt or two spoons at most.

– Keep on stir frying and then add your already squeezed dried fish into the sauce, stir fry till all the ingredients blend into each other

– Allow the sauce to cook for a few minutes and then pour your already sieved spaghetti into the sauce and Mix till the spaghetti blends well with the sauce

– Now, your Peppered Spaghetti is ready!
